 Dark themes

These "dark" themes look good in screenshots but are impractical and ugly in regular use because most of the software available are designed for light colors and especially large light background areas. For example web browsers using dark themes look very ugly to me when most of the websites are light coloured mostly with white background.

I'm sorry I have to disagree with you. I think these dark themes are really cool and I think it's somewhat rude to criticize others work. If you can do better, well surprise us :-)

My intention was not to criticize this particular theme but to impress my opinion on dark and especially close-to-black themes in general. I'm sure many ppl, like you, like dark themes:)

You should take a look at this theme for Firefox, if you want to see a dark theme that is extremely well done. For consistency, I have not experienced anything better.
