Thats a really nice bootsplash.
But your silent-1280x1024.jpg is too big.

you have to cut one px in height and width.

Just wanted to let you know I had tried your theme off the fbsplash website and Loved it!!!!! I created a matching gdm login theme and a matching gfx boot grub splash. Here are the download sites, feel free to add them to this page or modify them as you see fit.
